Amtreps advocates that by enhancing America's entrepreneurial spirit, mindset, culture and competence, it will empower more the American society as a whole. Thus, making the economy more dynamic and responsive to any changes or challenges in a given situation.

It is guided by its patriotic slogan "Empowered Society = Dynamic Economy".

It should be made clear however, that the "advocacy" does not intend to make all respondents or clientele concerned become "entrepreneurs or business people per se". But rather, develop or nurture that entrepreneurial spirit that would eventually create positive impact in the workplace or businesses, the community and other social units as well. Thus, making that entrepreneurial spirit, mindset or culture supportive of corporate governance, business practices and trade globalization of America.

It is a fact that despite "America's Greatness", only 10.5% of the population are entrepreneurs (GEM NZ 2002). Furthermore, Global Entrepreneurship Monitor cited that: "In the United States in 2007, for example, relatively few people perceived opportunity for starting a business".

These should be taken as clear indicators that there's still a need and a great opportunity, to enhance America's entrepreneurial spirit and increase the number of entrepreneurs respectively.
