Any "new Business Associate" may organize and run his/her own team and business meetings—only with the consent of State Rep concerned. This is one aspect of expanding the concept of empowerment among highly motivated individuals—in line with the"entrepreneurship advocacy" of Amtreps Academy.

What if the 3905 limit is already reached?

Answer: Register again and continue the periodic biz meetings/advocacy for the benefit of those "in progress status" associates. Organizing associate concerned is privileged to repeat the process again—searching for direct referrals that would eventually become another cluster of referrals. This would mean another round of referral activity. When assistance is needed to handle the growing crowd of associates and guests in business meetings, such should be coordinated once with the State Rep concerned as soon as possible.

Pointers on Availing of the Referral Opportunity

A.	You must have the "referrer or associate number" of the one who referred you to this site. You will need this to register online.
B.	Complete online registration. The optional "printable acknowledgement form" with the computer generated associate number is what you need to join the referral opportunity. Specifically, said number is what you give to those who would want to register and be your direct referrals accordingly.
C.	Online registration requires any valid credit or debit cards acceptable to the site's secure merchant service provider. This is the only method of processing your registration.
D.	This referral opportunity is "open voluntarily" to any interested parties in the United States—including Hawaii only. Required age is 18 years and over to comply with any legal requirements and/or state law. Registrants outside the United States may be able to register and avail of this program as long as they have mailing address and/or contact in the U.S.—whereby any receivable referral incentives can be sent by check via postal mail. Method of paying referral incentives is subject to change with prior notice for safety and convenience of participating registrants or associates.
E.	The number of referrals that any participating registrants can make in a given period of registration is limited only to 3905 referrals at $40 incentive credit for each referral made. This should ensure a "better playing field of opportunity" among participating associates.
F.	Advertising, presentation and promotion of the business is only allowed by organizing business meetings and use of standard business cards, social networking site, blogs and email. Flyers, brochures, bulletin boards, and community newspapers are allowed without using the business name and logo of Amtreps—so that it would appear like a blind ad only with the contact info of associates concerned. At any rate, advertising, promotion and introduction of Amtreps must be without exaggeration, misinformation, misrepresentation and/or any forms of deception involved. Thus, any questionable acts will be dealt with accordingly—not limited to cancellation of registrant's account and benefits as well as appropriate legal action to the concerned erring party.
G.	Renewal of registration is on a year-to-year basis upon expiration or, within the 30-day grace period to avail of any benefits thereof. Please check terms and conditions for further reference. Likewise, your valid associate number is what your direct referrals need to renew their online registration accordingly. Otherwise, if your ID number is not valid or renewed yet marked by "N/R" or Not Registered per database record—all your corresponding direct referrals would eventually become direct referrals of the Business Associate who sponsored you then. At this point, renewal of their registration would require them to use the ID number of said Business Associate. At any rate, issues like this should be coordinated with the State Rep concerned.
H.	All “position titles” regardless of the rank, have a generic term of “Registrants or Associates”. Except for State Reps or SR, registrants or independent associates are made to join by “referral and/or by sponsorship of any referring/sponsoring associates. Thus, “override” subscription referral incentives derived from referring or sponsoring associates, generate “residual” incentives benefit—as explained in paragraph E.
I.	“Subscribers” who are likewise “Referrals” of any Independent Associates or Registrants, who choose not to participate in the “Referral Opportunity” are “Registrants” per se’ of E-Academy—with all the privileges they are entitled to. In this regard, subscription referral incentive is a “one-time” unlimited incentive credit per subscriber referred or, subscription enrollment made by associate.

The Referral Mechanics

A.	In each referral, you get $40 incentive credit on a "real-time" basis—that would appear in your "referral activity template". Thus, given the 3905 referral limit—you should be able to make up to $156,200 in a given 12-month registration period.
B.	All referrals who are registrants themselves are entitled to the same benefit on referral opportunity you are entitled to.
C.	Payment of referral incentives is by issuance of bank check through the mailing address found in your "Associate Profile". For Any changes in your mailing address, just do the editing in your registrant profile accordingly.
D.	Disbursement of referral incentives are on a "Bi-Monthly Basis" or once every two months—whatever is the "total receivable incentives" by end of February, April, June, August, October, and December of the calendar year respectively. Processing and mailing of all check incentives would take at least 25 days on a given payout month—depending on the volume of payouts. In some cases, volume of incentives can be expected as early as second week of a given payout month.
	NOTE: “Monthly Payout” will be considered in opposed to Bi-Monthly as much as possible.

Here's a Better Deal

Assuming you already have completed your first round of referral activity on the 5th month of your registration, you still have the option to register again and get another referral ID number and do the same referral activity. That would mean that in less than twelve (12) months, it is very possible for you to receive a total referral incentives of $312,000.00 Plus!
