Terms and Conditions

The three-fold purposes of the following Terms and Conditions are as follow:

* Define the services being offered in this site, together with any future upgrading of its online services for the benefit of the users or registrants concerned.

* Clarify to the registrants what they are entering into, as specifically defined in the following terms and conditions and other contents of the site.

* Mutually protect the interest of the users/registrants, site management/owner together with its business partners, the respective governing authorities and/or state laws concerned—whereby aforesaid transacting parties are responsible to accordingly.

1. Registrants or Subscribers of this site refer to those who willingly “subscribed” or “signed up” for a 12-month/annual fee of $149—to gain access to the internet resources and services. These include periodic articles related to Entrepreneurship, Business, Personal Finance, Investment, Life Strategy and Leadership Development. This may also include audio-video clips, CD modules, as well as other educational program and benefits found in the “Empowerment Package”. Renewal of said 12-month registration is voluntary.
   
2. Registrants/subscribers have the option to enroll as “Independent Associates”—who can be both Subscription Representatives and Sponsoring or Referring Associates. Hence, will entitle them to enroll potential subscribers and/or avail of the “Referral Opportunity Program” being offered in this site—with potential monetary gain or referral incentives. Said potential earning however, depends on individual and/or collective efforts as well as abilities of participating registrants or Associates.

As such, a one-time administration fee of $49 per year will be assessed—subject to voluntary renewal if so desired. This administration fee include Associate’s personal website template with back office, account handling as well as other operational cost. Upon completion of this online enrollment, “New Independent Associate” will have his/her own Associate ID Number generated by the site instantly. Said “Associate ID Number” will be the basis of gaining credits on subscription enrollments, sponsoring new associates and referral activities.

At any rate, any interested party (18 years and over) can just enroll as Independent Associate without being a “Subscriber”—and be a “Subscription Representative” as well as participant of the Referral Opportunity Program. However, the $49 Associate enrollment fee does not include access to the online subscription modules. Thus, a matter of choice or option on part of registrant concerned.

The rules and mechanics of said referral incentive program are all found in the “Opportunity Page”. As such, said rules and mechanics are binding and integral part of these Terms and Conditions relative to the participation status of registrants—whether they are participants of said referral program.
      
3. Registrants or subscribers who prefer not to participate in the subscription business and/or referral program, will only be governed by the terms and conditions pertaining to the conduct, use and/or access to the E-Academy program—as well as any future e-services that may be offered thereof.
   
4. Referral incentives accumulated in a given month or cut off period are sent to qualified registrants in form of "Bank Check" within the following month—as explained in the "Pointers on Availing of the Referral Program". Payment of referral incentives in form of bank check or by any other means carries the name and/or be made under the business name Good Finance USA™, parent company of Amtreps™.
   
5. Registrants who are still expecting referral incentives where the 3,905 limit is not reached yet after one (1) year or twelve (12) months of registration, should renew their registration to qualify further and, facilitate any receivable incentives accordingly. Grace period for renewal of registration is on or before the first day of the 14th month following the expiration of registration or, “within thirty (30) days after expiration thereof.
   
6. Participating registrant may consider referral incentive check missing or lost, when expected check is not received in thirty (30) days within payout month. It should only take less than 21 days to receive incentive checks in a given payout period.

To report a missing check, registrant concerned should send an email through the "Contact Us" email link of the site with the following info: Name of registrant, ID number, expected amount and for what quarter. It would take approximately 15 days to receive replacement for lost checks.

Registrants are responsible for monitoring their incentive credits through their individual templates of referral statistics—especially towards the end of each month.
   
7. Void checks or checks not cashed within the stated period in the check, will be replaced approximately 15 days from the time the case is reported to. Registrant concerned should report the case through the "Contact Us" email link with the following info: Void check, check number, amount, date of check, ID number and name of payee or registrant concerned. It is not necessary to return a void check.
   
8. Any error in the check especially errors pertaining to huge amount of incentive therein, must be reported by the payee or registrant concerned through the "Contact Us" email link. Brief explanation, date of check, amount of check, ID number and name of payee are the necessary info needed.

Checks with error should be mailed back to the business address or P.O. Box of Good Finance USA™ found in the check and in the Contact Us page respectively. Anomalies related to checks would prompt site management to take proper legal action as well as appropriate sanction to the erring party.
   
9. Depending on the statutory law a registrant is being governed by, it is the registrant's duty to know and/or disclose any extra income or other source of income for taxation purposes—if such is indeed taxable. As such, all parties concerned must be responsible in reporting their respective income sources and/or in filing their respective taxes accordingly.
   
10. Amtreps™ management will not increase and/or collect unreasonably any other fee whatsoever from the registrants, when its plan to upgrade its online services such as chat room, entrepreneurship and other online video, business seminar link and the like are made available in the near future. This is consistent with the noble purpose of the business to continually reach out to its clientele responsibly.
  
11. Technically, the number of referrals that participating registrants can make is limited only to 3,905 in a given period of registration/s. This should ensure a better playing field of opportunity to all concerned.
  
12. Changes in mailing address must be reported in advance through the contact us link, to avoid any problem and/or delays in receiving incentive checks. In addition, registrant's profile must be updated or edited accordingly.
  
13. Registrants outside the U.S. may have less access to other services being offered and/or to be offered such as telephone conference, live seminar and the like due to geographical and/or technological factors or limitations.
  
14. All information about registrant will automatically be deleted from the database, if registration is not renewed by the 30th day of grace period in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" thereof.
  
15. Aside from the internet access and option to avail of the referral incentive scheme, registrants both individual and as a group have no right whatsoever in the ownership and manner of operation of the site including its subsidiaries, parent company, business partners and service providers as well.
  
16. Registrants agree to indemnify site management, its subsidiaries, parent company, management and staff from any harm, legal liability and/or obligation, should the site encounter sudden technical problem or, ceased to operate temporarily or permanently due to unexpected circumstances. Or, when its referral incentive program/offer ceased to be offered for reasons deem to be necessary and/or solely by management discretion, with proper notification of at least 30 days prior to such major change.
  
17. The computer program and/or software functions being utilized in this internet site—which is originally conceptualized by the site management/owner, materialized through the expertise and services of a third party website provider, is protected by the governing laws and claims on copyright protection—set forth by the Copyright Office, Washington DC 20559-6000 USA.

Furthermore, any unsettled conflicts or legal issues related to the site and its services, shall be heard with due process in the State of Texas, Harris County Justice of the Peace—Houston where Good Finance USA™ (parent company of Amtreps™) is duly registered and based in.
  
18. These terms and conditions are subject to change, should there be necessary revisions to be made. For any changes or update on terms and conditions, privacy policy as well as content of the site, you are hereby encouraged to periodically check aforesaid subjects for any changes thereof.
 
Refund Policy: Due to the sophistication and nature of this e-Commerce service, there will be “no refund” as to the subscription and/or enrollment to the package of services. We therefore expect client’s best decision before subscribing to or joining in this subscription site.
