If application for State Rep (SR) position is approved, the following documents need to be completed in person or by mail between Amtreps management and State Rep concerned:
1. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
2. Certificate of Affiliation as State Rep
Note: These documents are "exclusively for SR positions" only.
State Reps are empowered to appoint their respective State Vice Reps (SVRs) when it is deem necessary.
